hereby give my consent that:

A building plan, approved by both the HOA and Municipality for the building of a new house, renovations, alterations, extensions etc. to any existing building as per Municipal Building regulations and the HOA Architectural Guidelines as amended on 9 November 2023.
An approved plan, as stipulated above, to be available on the site at all times.
An approved letter from the HOA for the application / installation of the following:
- Soar geyser/ Solar panels
- Water tanks
- Aircons
- TV / Satelite dishes
- Aerials
- Canopies / Awnings
- Geyser / Pipes outside structure
- Fences
- Paving
- Painting (wall, roof, garage door, window sill and pillar / column/ gutters / downpipes / facia / barge board / entrance door etc.)
I am further aware and accept the following:
- That plumbing pipes (water and sewerage) must be consealed either within the walls or by an external screen.
- I declare that I am aware and accept the Fine Schedule and will adhere to it.
- I also give consent that my contact details / information can be made available telephonically to any person in need of a contractor in this trade and or to publish on the list of Contractors or that it may be used for Access Control to the Mosselbay Golf Estate.
- I further declare that I am aware of the Searching Procedures and give consent that Searching can be conducted from time to time on all company vehicles and employees.
